Job Description

Oversee the daily operations of the operation theatre department, ensuring that all surgical procedures are performed safely and efficiently.
Manage a team of OT technicians, scrub nurses, and other support staff to ensure that all surgeries are properly prepared and executed. •
Coordinate with surgeons, anaesthesiologists, and other healthcare
professionals to ensure that all necessary resources are available for each surgical procedure.
Maintain accurate records of all surgical procedures, including patient data, surgical details, and outcome reports.-
Ensure that all equipment, instruments, and supplies are properly cleaned, maintained, and sterilized according to hospital protocols.
Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to reduce
surgical site infections, improve patient outcomes, and enhance patient satisfaction.
Collaborate with other hospital departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Participate in budgeting and financial planning processes to ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and requirements
