- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments.
Troubleshooting and Repair:
- Diagnose mechanical issues through observation and testing techniques.
- Utilize technical manuals, diagnostic tools, and expertise to repair or replace defective parts.
- Restore machinery and equipment to operational condition in a timely manner to minimize production downtime.
Equipment Upgrades and Modifications:
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement equipment upgrades or modifications aimed at improving efficiency, reliability, and safety.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend upgrades or replacements as necessary.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and parts inventory.
- Generate reports detailing maintenance outcomes, equipment performance, and improvement opportunities.
- SAP PM Module (PR Creation, Breakdown Notification, Reservation, Service order, Measuring Point updating)
Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards in all maintenance operations.
