Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Lynpure's range of water purifiers, RO plants, and water treatment systems directly to customers in your assigned territory. This role involves extensive field visits, building client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Visit potential customers (residential, commercial, and industrial) in the assigned territory as per daily/weekly beat plans to generate leads and close sales.
Conduct on-site product demonstrations of Lynpure water purifiers, RO systems, and water softeners, highlighting features, benefits, and water quality improvements.
Identify customer needs related to water purification (e.g., hard water issues, contamination concerns) and recommend suitable Lynpure solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, dealers, retailers, and distributors for repeat business and referrals.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for domestic, commercial, and industrial RO plants and purifiers.
Prepare and submit daily sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis to the reporting manager.
Participate in local marketing activities, exhibitions, and promotional events to increase brand visibility.
Coordinate with the installation and service team for smooth post-sales support.
Stay updated on Lynpure product knowledge, new launches, and industry trends in water treatment.
