Job Summary

We are looking for skilled and dedicated Field Service Technicians to join our service team. As a Field Service Technician, you will handle on-site installation, maintenance, repair, and servicing of Lyn Pure's water purifiers, RO systems, water softeners, and treatment plants. This role requires extensive field work, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure optimal performance of our water purification systems.

Key Responsibilities

Perform on-site installation of domestic, commercial, and industrial RO systems, water purifiers, and softeners as per customer requirements and company standards.
Conduct routine maintenance, servicing, filter replacements, and repairs for Lyn Pure water purification equipment at customer locations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to RO membranes, pumps, UV lamps, TDS levels, leaks, and electrical components.
Carry out water quality testing (e.g., TDS, pH, hardness) and provide recommendations for improvements or upgrades.
Handle customer complaints efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction levels.
Maintain accurate service reports, inventory of spare parts, and documentation of all field activities.
Coordinate with the sales team for new installations and with the support team for complex technical issues.
Participate in AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) renewals and promote additional services or products during visits.
Adhere to safety protocols and ensure proper handling of tools and equipment.
Provide basic training to customers on system operation and maintenance.

Requirements and Qualifications

ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields (preferred: Plumbing or Water Treatment certification).
1-3 years of experience in servicing water purifiers, RO systems, or similar home appliances/equipment.
Freshers with relevant technical training and strong practical skills are welcome to apply.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Good knowledge of RO technology, water quality parameters, and basic electrical/plumbing work.
Excellent communication skills in English and local language (Tamil preferred).
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory and work flexible hours.
