We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Laundry Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our facility.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise the daily operations of the laundry plant, including washing, drying, pressing, and packaging.
• Manage a team of laundry staff to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate regular maintenance or repairs.
• Maintain inventory of detergents, chemicals, and supplies.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and operational standards are met consistently.
• Oversee shift schedules, attendance, and productivity of staff.
• Work closely with the logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost savings.
