Description

Bsc / Diploma - Fresher / 3-7 Year experience

Patient care

  • Collect and record patient information and vital signs.
  • Assist with preparing patients for treatment and help them get comfortable.
  • Monitor patients for any signs of medical emergencies or distress during treatment.
  • Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.
  • Assist with patient questions and concerns.

Machine operation and maintenance

  • Set up, assemble, and prepare the dialysis machine for treatment.
  • Connect patients to the dialysis machine.
  • Monitor the machine during treatment to ensure it is functioning correctly.
  • Perform routine daily maintenance and sanitation of the machines.
  • Maintain and test the water treatment system according to policy.
  • Disconnect patients from the machine after treatment is complete.
  • Respond to machine alarms.

Administrative and safety duties

  • Document patient treatment events and outcomes.
  • Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment.
  • Work closely with registered nurses and physicians.
  • Adhere to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as quality assurance protocols.
