Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, strong communication skills, and the ability to design tailor-made travel packages that meet client needs and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and requirements.
  • Research and plan customized travel itineraries including flights, hotels, transportation, and tours.
  • Book and confirm travel arrangements.
  • Provide accurate information on destinations, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
  • Handle customer inquiries, amendments, cancellations, and after-sales support professionally.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, airline promotions, and new destinations.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients and travel partners.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or any other related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in a travel agency or consultancy or freshers also can apply .
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • A passion for travel and customer service excellence.
