Our company, Kryptos Rebar Estimating and Detailing Services is seeking 10+ trainees in BE/Dip– Civil and Arch with bilingual AutoCAD Drafting skills. The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of architectural and civil engineering projects. They will work alongside experienced professionals to develop their skills and gain valuable experience in the field. Designation: Trainee Rebar Detailer & Estimator Responsibilities: • Assist with the development and implementation of architectural and civil engineering projects. • Prepare design drawings and specifications. • Work with a team to ensure projects are completed within established timelines and budgetary constraints. • Assist with the preparation of project reports and presentations. • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering. • Proficient in AutoCAD Drafting. • Bilingual proficiency in English and any other language will be an added advantage. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Willingness to learn and grow in the field. • Candidates must be willing to sign an MoU for three years of employment guarantee Salary & Benefits: During the training period , the employee will receive a CTC of 2,25,000/- per annum. After the training period, an appraisal review will be conducted based on the individual's performance to confirm the on-role position, post which the employee will be brought under ESI/PF and other extra benefits such OT, Team outs, Tours Etc.,.
