Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional, and service-oriented approach.
  • Understand customer concerns and prepare accurate job cards.
  • Clearly explain service requirements, estimates, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
  • Provide regular service updates and handle customer queries efficiently.
  • Maintain customer records, invoices, and CRM entries accurately.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and support retention initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of customer handling experience; automotive industry experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, listening skills, and customer service etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage customer flow professionally.
  • Basic understanding of vehicle service processes (training provided).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.
  • Fluency in Malayalam; basic English communication required.
