Operate CNC machines (Turning / Milling / VMC / HMC) as per production requirements
Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
Load and unload raw materials and finished components
Set tools, offsets, and ensure correct machine parameters
Perform in-process inspection using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Gauges)
Maintain quality standards and minimize rejection and rework
Carry out basic machine maintenance and housekeeping (5S)cmachine
Follow safety rules and company policies
Coordinate with supervisors and quality teams to meet production targets
