We are looking for an experienced Rubber Compression Moulder to operate compression moulding machines and produce rubber components as per quality and production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate rubber compression moulding machines
Load rubber compounds and remove finished components
Set and monitor moulding parameters such as temperature, pressure, and curing time
Perform visual and dimensional inspection of moulded components
Trim and finish rubber parts as required
Identify moulding defects and report abnormalities
Maintain production records and output reports
Follow safety guidelines, 5S, and housekeeping standards
Skills & Requirements:
Knowledge of rubber compression moulding process
Understanding of rubber compounds and curing cycle
Ability to identify moulding defects
Experience in handling moulds and basic maintenance
Willingness to work in shifts
