We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of rubber manufacturing machines to ensure smooth and continuous production.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of rubber processing machines
Maintain compression moulding, injection moulding, hydraulic presses, and curing machines
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
Ensure minimum machine downtime and quick restoration
Maintain maintenance logs and records
Coordinate with production teams for planned maintenance
Follow safety procedures, 5S, and statutory compliance
Assist in installation and commissioning of new machines
Skills & Requirements:
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance
Experience in hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Basic understanding of PLC (preferred)
Ability to read electrical drawings and machine manuals
Willingness to work in shifts
