We are looking for a Visual Inspector to inspect rubber components visually to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications before dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform 100% visual inspection of rubber components
Identify surface defects such as cracks, air bubbles, flash, cuts, and discoloration
Segregate accepted and rejected parts as per quality norms
Maintain inspection and rejection records
Follow quality standards, work instructions, and SOPs
Ensure proper handling and storage of inspected parts
Support quality team during audits and customer requirements
Maintain 5S and safety standards at the workplace
Skills & Requirements:
Good eyesight and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of quality inspection procedures
Ability to follow work instructions
Willingness to work in shifts
