•Production Planning & Control: Develop, implement, and monitor strategic production targets and
quality standards to achieve organizational objectives related to cost, efficiency, and delivery schedules.
•Export & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all production activities strictly comply with international buyer
specifications and export quality standards, including ISO, GMP, and customer-specific requirements.
•Team Leadership & Development: Lead, supervise, and mentor production operators, promoting skill
enhancement, discipline, teamwork, and a culture of high performance.
•Zero-Defect & Quality Management: Implement, maintain, and continuously improve Quality
Management Systems (QMS) to minimize rejections, improve process capability, and achieve buyer-
specific First Pass Yield (FPY) and zero-defect targets.
•Safety & Statutory Compliance: Enforce workplace safety standards with strong knowledge of OSHA or
equivalent statutory regulations, ensuring a safe working environment while reducing operational risks
and liabilities.
•Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external
stakeholders, including management, quality teams, suppliers, auditors, and international buyers, to
ensure smooth production and compliance alignment.
