Key Responsibilities
Production Operations
Supervise daily feed manufacturing activities including grinding, mixing, pelleting, extrusion, and packing.
Ensure production schedules are met in line with demand and capacity planning.
Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.
Coordinate with maintenance for timely equipment upkeep and breakdown resolution.
Quality Control
Ensure adherence to feed formulations, batch records, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor product quality parameters such as particle size, moisture, pellet durability, and hygiene.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GMP, HACCP, ISO, local feed regulations).
