Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating
Present menus, explain dishes, and take food and beverage orders accurately
Serve food and beverages as per service standards and timelines
Ensure tables are set, clean, and properly arranged before and after service
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
Handle guest requests and complaints politely and escalate when required
Maintain cleanliness of service areas, equipment, and utensils
Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards at all times
Assist in billing, order closing, and cash/card handling if assigned
Support banquets, events, and special functions when required
