Job Summary

  • Handling customer complaints & trouble shooting of technical issues / failure analysis / operational issues, etc.
  • Regular Preventive maintenance of customers
  • Boiler unit breakdown calls to be attended
  • Suitable in either of the following: Boiler Service, Burner Service or Mechanical components like Pump and Blower Service

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Visiting customer in warranty / proactive conditions.
  • Submitting service reports & recommending required Spares
  • Trouble shooting under guidance
  • Spares enquiry generation and business development
  • Ability to take AMCs for the equipment

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: ITI or Diploma
  • No Engineering**
  • Previous job experience: Service of any mechanical Industrial equipment
  • Technical skills: Hands on experience in servicing

Area Coverage:

  • Service Engineer stationed in Chennai: Customer coverage from South Chennai to Chengalpet and till Thindivanam.
  • Service Engineer stationed in Pondicherry: Thindivanam, Puducherry, and Cuddalore.

Equipment Details:

  • Non IBR and IBR Boilers less than 8 tons per hour steam
  • Thermic Fluid Heater and Hot Water Genrators less than 30 Lakh KCal
  • Fuel: Oil, Gas and Solid Fired like Wood / Briquette
