About the Role


Dream On Travel is looking for an Operations Assistant/ Ticketing Agent – Flight & Visa who can handle travel documentation and bookings efficiently. You’ll be responsible for securing the best flight rates, managing visa processes, and ensuring every traveller’s pre-trip arrangements are handled with care and accuracy.


Key Expectation


The Operations Assistant will ensure smooth and cost-efficient travel arrangements by managing flight bookings, tracking fare changes, and handling visa applications accurately. This role demands precision, market awareness, and strong coordination with both the internal team and clients.


Role Nature


This is a detail-oriented and execution-driven role, ideal for someone who thrives on logistics, accuracy, and problem-solving. The Operations Assistant will play a key part in ensuring every traveller’s journey begins seamlessly -  right from booking their flight to securing their visa.


Key Responsibilities

  • Search, compare, and book flights at the best available rates across multiple platforms.
  • Manage visa applications for travellers - from document collection to final processing.
  • Track changing flight prices and suggest optimal booking timelines.
  • Coordinate with the customer support and sales teams regarding client payments and confirmations.
  • Ensure accuracy of passenger details and timely delivery of tickets and visa documents.
  • Maintain a database of flight rates, vendors, and visa requirements for different countries.
  • Handle last-minute changes or cancellations with quick and effective solutions.
  • Requirements
  • Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in flight booking and visa processing
  • Basic understanding of GDS platforms, airline portals, and visa systems preferable.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings efficiently.
  • Fluency in English and Tamil (Hindi is a plus).
  • Kindly note, this job requires you to work in Coimbatore and commute to the office regularly. There is no remote or hybrid position available. 
  • Other important things to note
  • We are considering Coimbatore-based candidates only.
  • This is a work-from-office position, and a daily commute to the office is required.
  • The starting salary is ₹20,000 - 25,000 per month, and may vary depending on experience and skill level.
