Engineering & Technical Support
Assist in day-to-day engineering activities across assigned departments
Support design calculations, drawings, and documentation as required
Participate in production, fabrication, and welding-related activities
Assist in implementation of quality standards and inspection processes
Projects, Planning & Operations
Support project execution, coordination, and documentation
Assist in production planning, scheduling, and monitoring activities
Coordinate with purchase and vendor teams for material planning
Support contracts administration and project-related documentation
Quality Assurance & Control
Assist in QA/QC inspections and quality documentation
Support implementation of quality systems and compliance requirements
Participate in audits, inspections, and corrective actions
Sales, Marketing & Customer Support
Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams
Assist in preparation of technical proposals, specifications, and costing
Coordinate with customers and internal teams for technical clarifications
Software & Data Support (where applicable)
Support software tools, automation, or data-related activities
Assist in development and maintenance of engineering or operational systems
Work with cross-functional teams on digitalization initiatives
Training & Development
Participate in structured training programs and on-the-job learning
Adhere to safety, quality, and company policies
Continuously upgrade technical and professional skills
Skillset Required
Strong technical fundamentals relevant to engineering discipline
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in cross-functional teams
Problem-solving and analytical mindset
Willingness to learn and adapt to different functional roles
Basic proficiency in MS Office and engineering tools (preferred)
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
B.E / B.Tech in:
Mechanical Engineering
Chemical Engineering
CSE (Computer Science Engineering) - Data Centre
Civil - Staad Pro
EEE - Battery Energy Storage System
Experience:
Fresher or recent graduate
