The Weaving Supervisor is responsible for supervising weaving operations, ensuring production targets, fabric quality, machine efficiency, and effective manpower management while maintaining safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day weaving operations across assigned looms
Achieve production targets as per planning schedules
Monitor loom efficiency and minimize machine downtime
Ensure fabric quality by reducing defects such as broken ends, missing picks, and stains
Allocate work to weavers and helpers and manage shift activities
Coordinate with maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance
