Job Title                      :   Svatantra Field Officer (SFO)


Job Locations             :   Sankarankovil, Kovilpatti, Srivilliputhur.                                           

 

Salary                           :   Rs. 14500/- + Incentive (Rs -2000 to 6000) + Fuel Allowances

Position Overview:


As a Svatantra Field Officer (SFO), you will play a crucial role in our mission by directly engaging with clients in their communities. You will be responsible for assessing loan applications, monitoring loan utilization, and providing financial literacy training to our clients. This position requires frequent travel within designated areas to meet with clients and build strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct client outreach and promote microfinance products and services in assigned areas.


2. Evaluate loan applications and conduct preliminary interviews with potential borrowers.


3. Verify applicant information and assess creditworthiness using established criteria.


4. Disburse loans to eligible clients and ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies.


5. Monitor loan repayment schedules and follow up with clients on delinquent accounts.


6. Provide financial education and training to clients on topics such as budgeting, savings, and business management.


7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, community leaders, and local organizations.


8. Collect and compile accurate data and reports on loan disbursements, repayments, and client interactions.


9. Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals and objectives.

 

  1. Uphold ethical standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
     


Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.


2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.


3. Proficiency in local languages and dialects spoken in the assigned area(s).


4. Willingness to travel extensively within the region and work flexible hours as needed.
