Role Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Home Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate should be clinically competent, patient-focused, and committed to ethical caregiving.
Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to patients at home (elderly, post-surgical, stroke, bedridden, ICU-at-home patients)
Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate patient records
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids as prescribed
Assist with wound care, catheter care, tracheostomy care, and feeding tubes
Support patients with daily living activities while ensuring dignity and safety
Educate patients and family members on care routines and health management
Follow infection control and safety protocols strictly
Communicate regularly with doctors, supervisors, and family members
Eligibility & Requirements
Qualification: GNM / ANM / Diploma in Nursing/General Duty Assistant
Experience: 0–5 years (Freshers with good clinical skills are welcome)
Must be caring, patient, and emotionally resilient
Ability to work independently in a home setting
Good communication skills (Tamil required; English preferred)
Willingness to work flexible shifts
Female candidates preferred (as per patient requirements)
