We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Tamil Telecallers to join our team. The role involves making outbound and receiving inbound calls to interact with customers, explain products or services, and provide accurate information in a professional manner. The candidate should handle customer queries, follow up on leads, and maintain proper call records and reports.
Telecallers are responsible for building good rapport with customers, understanding their requirements, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Meeting daily call targets and achieving assigned performance goals is an important part of the role.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in Tamil (English knowledge is an added advantage), a polite and convincing approach, and basic computer knowledge. Freshers are welcome, and training will be provided. This role is suitable for candidates who are goal-oriented, patient, and willing to grow in a customer interaction environment.
