Job Purpose:
To train students in mobile phone servicing and repair, enabling them to gain practical skills for employment and self-reliance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Train students on basic to advanced mobile phone servicing, repair, and troubleshooting
Demonstrate practical sessions on hardware components, software installation, and fault identification
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and practical assignments
Guide students on safe handling of tools, equipment, and components
Assess students’ performance and provide continuous feedback and mentoring
Skills:
Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience in mobile phone servicing
Strong practical knowledge of Android mobile repair and common issues
Ability to teach, motivate, and guide students from diverse backgrounds
Good communication skills with a student-friendly approach
Preferred Qualities:
Passion for teaching and community development
Willingness to work in an NGO and skill-development environment
Patience and commitment to student success
