Description

We are looking for a Service Advisor to handle customer vehicle service requirements, diagnose issues, and coordinate repair activities while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Inspect vehicles to accurately diagnose issues
  • Listen to customer complaints and record issues in the job card
  • Estimate repair costs, delivery timelines, and additional work required
  • Coordinate with service technicians for repairs and servicing
  • Verify vehicle condition by conducting test drives before and after service
  • Explain service bills and work carried out to customers in detail
  • Advise customers on future maintenance requirements and potential issues
  • Maintain accurate service and repair records
