Job Title: Telecalling Executive / Telecaller / Telesales Executive

Location: [Coimbatore / Remote / On-site – mention your actual location] Experience: Fresher to 2 years (preferred candidates with prior calling experience) Employment Type: Full-time Shift Timing: Day Shift / Rotational Shift / Night Shift (depending on process – mention clearly) Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹22,000 per month + attractive incentives + bonuses (CTC: ₹2.0 – ₹4.5 LPA depending on experience & performance)

About the Role We are looking for confident, energetic, and target-oriented Telecalling Executives to join our growing team. You will be the first voice of the company — responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their needs, presenting our products/services, and achieving sales / lead generation targets through outbound/inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

Make 80–150+ outbound calls per day to prospective customers (cold calling / warm leads / follow-ups)
Explain product/service features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly & persuasively
Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally
Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate solutions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets (leads generated / appointments fixed / sales closed)
Update lead status, customer details, and call notes in CRM / Excel on a real-time basis
Follow scripts & sales process while maintaining natural & friendly conversation style
Upsell / cross-sell additional products/services whenever possible
Maintain high call quality, politeness, and customer satisfaction
Report daily performance to Team Leader / Manager

Requirements & Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills in English + Hindi (mandatory) → Tamil / local language is a big advantage
Confident voice, clear pronunciation & good fluency
Strong convincing & persuasion ability
Target-oriented mindset with ability to handle rejection positively
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM usage)
Good listening skills and patience
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Comfortable working in rotational / night shifts (if applicable)
