Key Responsibilities

Sourcing new car loan customers via dealerships, digital leads, and open markets.
Achieving monthly disbursement targets (loan volume and value).
Evaluating creditworthiness, calculating Debt-to-Income (DTI) and Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratios, and gathering documentation.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with auto dealers, Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), and customers.
Ensuring adherence to internal policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory guidelines.
Working with credit and operations teams to facilitate smooth loan approvals and disbursements.
