Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Mechanical, EEE, ECE) / B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry)
Experience: Freshers only
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in solar panel/module manufacturing and assembly
Operate and monitor production equipment
Perform quality inspection and report defects
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
Support supervisors and engineers in daily operations
Shift Timing: General shift & rotational shifts
