Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Gain in-depth product knowledge, including indications, benefits, usage, and competitive positioning of assigned pharmaceutical products.
  • Support product planning and execution, including market positioning, target audience identification, and key product messaging.
  • Manage assigned products across the complete product lifecycle, from launch preparation to market performance tracking.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand market trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor product performance using sales data, prescription trends, and market feedback.
  • Train and support the sales team with product knowledge, competitive insights, and effective detailing messages.
  • Coordinate doctor engagement activities and support Dr. Connect initiatives.
  • Follow up and assess the usage of in-house software and CRM systems to ensure proper reporting and compliance.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and performance summaries using MS Excel.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and internal teams for effective execution of marketing strategies.

Educational Qualification:

  • B.Pharm (Mandatory / Preferred)

Experience:

  • Candidates with prior experience in Product Management / Pharma Marketing / PMT / PME will have an added advantage

Skills & Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and marketing concepts.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting
  • Strong communication in both tamil & english.
