Job Description:

Set up and operate TMC (Traub / Turning Machine Center) machines as per production requirements
Perform machine setting, tool setting, offset setting, and job alignment according to drawings
Read and interpret mechanical drawings to ensure accurate machining
Execute daily production activities to meet quality and productivity targets
Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy
Conduct in-process and final inspections using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges
Identify tool wear and replace tools as required to avoid quality issues
Perform basic machine troubleshooting and support preventive maintenance activities
Ensure adherence to safety standards, 5S practices, and company policies
Maintain proper documentation related to production and quality
Willingness to work in shifts as per production demands
