Performing visual checks and using automated optical inspection (AOI) systems.
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Performing routine maintenance on SMT machines.
Identifying and resolving machine or process issues.
Coordinating with engineers for complex repairs.
Production Support
Assisting in process optimization to improve efficiency.
Documenting production data and reporting issues.
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Skills
Knowledge of SMT processes and PCB assembly.
Ability to operate and maintain SMT equipment.
Attention to detail for quality inspection.
Basic understanding of electronics components.
Teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with engineers and supervisors.
