Role: Business Development Officer

Responsibilities:

  • CASA account opening (Savings/Current Accounts)

  • Loan sourcing (Personal, Business, Gold, TW, Micro Loans)

  • FD/RD promotion

  • Field visits & lead generation

  • Target achievement

  • KYC & basic documentation

Eligibility:

  • 12th Pass / Any Graduate

  • Fresher

  • Good communication skills

  • Field-ready, target-driven

Salary: ₹3.5 LPA (CTC) + Incentives
