Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Supervisor Trainee to support daily operations and learn supervisory responsibilities under senior management guidance. The candidate will undergo structured training and gradually take charge of team handling, productivity monitoring, and process compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior supervisors in managing daily production / operations activities
Monitor manpower attendance and shift allocation
Ensure smooth workflow and target achievement
Maintain discipline and safety compliance on the shop floor
Coordinate between workers and management
Prepare daily production and performance reports
Identify operational issues and escalate to higher authorities
Ensure quality standards are maintained
