Operate dairy processing equipment such as pasteurizer, homogenizer, separator, and packing machines
Handle milk production, filling, and packaging operations
Follow production plans and supervisor instructions
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
Perform cleaning and sanitation (CIP / COP)
Monitor temperature, pressure, and process parameters
Record production details and report abnormalities
Requirements:
Experience in dairy / food production preferred
ITI / Diploma / Any Degree (preferred but not mandatory)
Willing to work in rotational shifts
