Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and driving simulator systems.
Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure optimal system performance.
Provide technical support to clients, both on-site and remotely, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Collaborate with the engineering and development teams to identify and resolve complex technical problems.
Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of hardware, software, and driving simulator systems.
Document service activities, including issues resolved, parts used, and time spent on each task.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in computer hardware, software, and simulation technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in servicing and maintaining computer hardware and software systems.
Familiarity with driving simulator systems or similar simulation technologies is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
