Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food items as per standardized recipes and menu requirements
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation
  • Follow daily production plans for hotel service and catering orders
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, equipment, and workstations
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI standards at all times
  • Ensure proper storage of raw materials, semi-prepared, and cooked foods
  • Minimize food wastage and follow portion control guidelines
  • Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service
  • Handle kitchen equipment safely and report maintenance issues
  • Follow SOPs and instructions given by the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor
