Roles & Responsibilities
- Dispense prescriptions accurately, counsel patients on use
- Manage inventory: order, stock, expiry checks
- Handle patient queries, OTC recommendations, HCP interactions
- Maintain records (digital/manual), ensure compliance (DPCO, D&C Act)
- Train & guide pharmacy team; support operations
- Monitor controlled drugs, narcotics, psychotropics
- Promote health programs, loyalty schemes, sales targets
