The Site Supervisor – MEPF will be responsible for supervising day-to-day Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting works at project sites. The role involves managing site workforce, ensuring quality execution, maintaining safety standards, and supporting site engineers in timely project completion.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities related to HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting works.
Allocate work to technicians and labour teams as per site requirements.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and instructions from Site Engineer.
Monitor material usage and coordinate for site material requirements.
Maintain discipline and safety compliance at site.
Conduct daily toolbox meetings for safety awareness.
Ensure quality standards are maintained during installation.
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors at site.
Report daily progress and issues to the Site Engineer / Project Manager.
Assist in testing and commissioning activities.
Maintain site records and work completion reports.
Required Qualifications:
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical (Preferred)
Relevant experience in MEPF projects
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of MEP systems
Ability to read basic drawings (preferred)
Team handling capability
Knowledge of site safety practices
Good communication and coordination skills
General Requirements:
