Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Operator to join our garments manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate production and administrative data in the system.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Daily production data entry (Cutting, Stitching, Packing details)
  • Employee attendance entry
  • Stock inward & outward entry
  • Purchase & sales entry update
  • Excel report preparation (Daily / Monthly)
  • Maintaining proper records and files
  • Coordination with HR / Production team
  • Checking data accuracy before submission

Qualification :

  • Any Degree / Diploma
  • Basic Computer Knowledge is mandatory
  • Good typing speed
  • MS Excel knowledge (Formulas basic level)
  • Tally knowledge (added advantage)

Experience :

  • Fresher / 1–2 years experience in Data Entry
  • Garments industry experience preferred (not mandatory)
