Description

1. Calling & Customer Follow-Up

  • Make outbound calls to distributors, hospitals, dealers, and doctors.
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, orders, payments, and product inquiries.
  • Maintain proper call logs and follow-up schedules.

2. Documentation & Report Preparation

  • Prepare sales reports, customer reports, and follow-up reports.
  • Prepare and manage quotations, proforma invoices, order confirmation documents, and basic documentation.
  • Maintain proper records for management review.

3. Tender & Institutional Support (Advantage)

  • Assist in preparing tender documents, pricing sheets, and compliance documentation.
  • Track tender opportunities and coordinate with internal team for submissions.
  • Maintain tender status updates and follow-ups.

4. Data Management

  • Maintain and update daily work data in Google Sheets / Excel.
  • Track sales performance, pending orders, customer lists, and inquiry details.
  • Ensure clean and accurate data entry.

5. Email & Professional Communication

  • Draft and send professional emails to customers and institutions.
  • Coordinate with clients for required documents and confirmations.
  • Handle customer communication professionally in English / Hindi / Tamil.

6. AI Tools Usage (Mandatory)

  • Use AI tools like ChatGPT / Gemini to support faster report making, email drafting, content preparation, and documentation.
