Description

Job Title: Junior AR Associate

Location: Porur, Chennai

Shift: Night Shifts

Salary :  3.6 LPA


What You Will Do

  •  Initiate calls to request status of claims in queue.
  •  Contact insurance companies for explanations of denials and underpayments.
  • Take appropriate action on claims to ensure resolution.
  • Ensure accurate and timely follow-up where required.
  • Document all actions taken in claims billing summary notes.
  • Prioritize pending claims for calling from the aging basket.
  • Make physical calls in compliance with international norms, confidentiality rules, and HIPAA standards.
  • Work on denials, rejections, LOAs to accounts, and make required corrections to claims.
  • Adhere to the organization’s information security policy, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.
  • Report incidents related to information security to concerned authorities.

What You Will Need

  1. Graduate degree in any discipline (No Engineering Background)
  2. Good voice quality and professional demeanor over the phone.
  3. 0–2 years of experience.
  4. Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  5. Strong organizational skills with ability to execute timely follow-up.
  6. Excellent analytical skills with sound understanding of healthcare claims processi

What Would Be Nice to Have

Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements.
Exposure to denial management and AR workflows.
