
Job Summary
The Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure timely completion within scope and budget. The role involves coordinating between internal teams, vendors, and clients, tracking progress, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Scheduling
Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, and timelines.
Coordinate resource allocation (manpower, materials, equipment).
Track milestones and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Support risk identification and mitigation planning.
2. Coordination & Communication
Act as a liaison between project team, contractors, vendors, and clients.
Organize and document project meetings (MoM preparation).
Ensure clear communication of project updates and action items.
Follow up on pending tasks to avoid delays.
3. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain project documentation (drawings, approvals, contracts, permits).
Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly progress reports.
Track project costs and assist in budget monitoring.
Maintain work completion records and billing support documents.
4. Vendor & Site Support
Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials.
Monitor vendor performance and contract compliance.
Support site teams in resolving operational issues.
Assist in inspection, testing, and commissioning documentation.
5. Quality & Compliance
Ensure project activities comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Support internal and external audits.
Maintain quality checklists and safety documentation.
