Job Summary

Elysium Academy Hopes is hiring an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller for our EdTech Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, explaining IT courses, and converting leads into admission

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to student leads
  • Handle inbound inquiries (Calls, WhatsApp, Website, Social Media)
  • Explain IT courses, career opportunities, duration & fees
  • Follow up regularly with interested candidates
  • Convert leads into admissions
  • Maintain lead data in CRM/Excel
  • Achieve daily & monthly admission targets

Requirements

  • Any Degree (Freshers can apply)
  • Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage)
  • Strong convincing & negotiation skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Passion for sales & target achievement
