Job Title: City Manager – Operations (Carbufz)
Carbufz is a premier automotive care provider specializing in high-end car washing and detailing services. We operate a dual-model business strategy, serving B2B clients through partnerships with Authorized Service Centers and B2C clients within elite multi-storey apartment complexes. As we scale our footprint, we are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented City Manager to oversee end-to-end operations, manage manpower, drive business development, and maximize revenue growth within the assigned territory.
Role Overview
The City Manager will be the primary custodian of the city’s Profit and Loss (P&L) statement. This role requires a strategic leader who can balance the operational complexities of managing a mobile and on-site workforce while maintaining high-level corporate relationships with B2B partners and luxury residential associations.
