Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Recruiter to lead our bulk hiring initiatives. The primary focus will be on sourcing, screening, and onboarding a large volume of manpower from local regions and North Indian states (such as Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh). The successful candidate will spend a significant portion of their time "on the field," building relationships with local community leaders, labor contractors, and vocational institutes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bulk Sourcing: Execute large-scale recruitment drives to meet monthly hiring targets for blue-collar and entry-level roles.
  • Regional Outreach: Travel to various North Indian locations to identify and tap into labor pools, ensuring a steady pipeline of candidates.[3]
  • Language Proficiency: Conduct interviews and briefings primarily in Hindi to ensure candidates clearly understand job roles, compensation, and company policies.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with local labor contractors and "Thekedars" to facilitate mass hiring.
  • Documentation: Oversee the collection and verification of government-mandated documents (Aadhar, PAN, Bank details) for all new hires.
  • Reporting: Maintain real-time data on recruitment funnels, conversion rates, and joining ratios using mobile reporting tools.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field; HR specialization is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field recruitment, specifically in bulk hiring or staffing agencies.[2] [4]
  • Language: Native or near-native fluency in Hindi is mandatory to bridge the communication gap with North Indian manpower.
  • Mobility: Must be willing to travel extensively (up to 75% of the time) across different states and rural pockets.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to convince potential candidates and manage local stakeholders.
