
1. Financial Management
Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
Handle banking transactions, LC (Letter of Credit), and export documentation.
2. Costing & Budgeting
Prepare garment product costing (fabric, trims, accessories, labor, overhead).
Analyze production costs and profitability per style/order.
Prepare and monitor annual budgets.
Conduct variance analysis and cost control measures.
3. Accounts Payable & Receivable
Manage supplier payments and reconciliations.
Monitor buyer payments and outstanding receivables.
Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.
Follow up on overdue payments.
4. Payroll & Compliance
Supervise payroll processing for factory staff and workers.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST/VAT, TDS, income tax).
Coordinate statutory filings and returns.
Handle PF/ESI or other labor law compliance (as applicable).
5. Audit & Reporting
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents.
Implement financial controls and improve accounting systems.
6. Inventory & Stock Control
Monitor raw materials, WIP (Work-in-Progress), and finished goods inventory.
Coordinate with store and production departments.
Ensure accurate stock valuation.
