Description

We are looking for an experienced Nursing Assistant Course Trainer to deliver practical and theoretical training for individuals pursuing a career in nursing assistance. The role involves teaching patient care techniques, mentoring trainees, and ensuring students gain hands-on clinical skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions for Nursing Assistant course participants
  • Demonstrate proper patient care techniques, hygiene protocols, and clinical procedures
  • Develop lesson plans, training materials, and assessment tools
  • Evaluate trainee progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Ensure trainees understand safety protocols, infection control, and hospital procedures
  • Maintain training records and reports
  • Stay updated with the latest healthcare practices and integrate them into the curriculum

Requirements

  • B.Sc/Diploma in General Nursing, or related healthcare field
  • Proven experience as a Nursing Assistant or Clinical Trainer (2+ years preferred)
  • Strong teaching and mentoring abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of patient care standards, hospital protocols, and safety procedures
  • Patience, empathy, and professionalism

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in hospital or clinical training institute
  • Ability to create and update training modules
  • Basic computer skills for record-keeping and presentations
  • Leadership and team coordination skills
