We are seeking a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor with 3–5 years of experience in construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure work is completed according to project specifications, maintain safety standards, and support timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor daily construction site activities
Manage workers, contractors, and subcontractors efficiently
Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
Track project progress and ensure completion within scheduled timelines
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on site
Maintain daily reports, labour attendance, and material records
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients regarding site progress
Monitor material usage and manage delivery and storage at the site
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction projects
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety practices
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQ
Good leadership, team management, and coordination skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Office for reporting and documentation
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred
