Key Responsibilities
Visit grocery shops, mills, and canteens within assigned territories to promote company products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Identify and develop new retail customers in the assigned area.
Explain product details, pricing, and promotional offers to customers.
Coordinate with the office team for order processing, billing, and dispatch.
Ensure timely order collection and delivery follow-up.
Submit daily sales reports and customer feedback to management.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
Requirements
Good Tamil communication skills.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Basic knowledge of grocery or FMCG products is preferred.
Ability to travel locally for field sales.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Freshers interested in field sales are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with local market knowledge of Erode will be an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
