Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and responsible CCTV Engineer to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems for our clients. The candidate should have experience in CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR configuration, networking, and basic troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR, and NVR systems.
Perform site survey and recommend suitable surveillance solutions.
Handle cabling work (LAN/Coaxial/Power cables) and camera mounting.
Configure remote viewing and mobile access for customers.
Troubleshoot issues related to camera connectivity, recording, and networking.
Maintain and service IP cameras, analog cameras, and security systems.
Provide technical support and maintenance services to customers.
Prepare installation reports and service documentation.
Ensure proper system functioning and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
Knowledge of CCTV installation and configuration
Understanding of Networking (IP Address, Router configuration, Port Forwarding)
Experience with DVR/NVR setup
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking
Ability to troubleshoot camera, cable, and network issues
Qualification
ITI in Electrician / Electronics / Computer Hardware
Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / IT / Computer Science
Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking (1 year or above)
Experience
0 – 3 years experience in CCTV installation or security systems preferred.
Other Requirements
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
Willing to travel to customer locations.
